1. Our Commitment to You
Since 2011, Ventura Meat Company has been your neighborhood butcher shop. We believe in honest food, fair service, and real connections. Whether you’re picking up a package deal or just grabbing dinner, our goal is simple: make it easy to bring home something great.

2. In-Store Pickup & Orders
Our website allows you to purchase select package deals online for in-store pickup.
Once your order is placed, we’ll prepare it fresh and notify you when it’s ready. Payment is made at the time of ordering, and pickup takes place at our retail location:

Saturday 9am - 6pm
Please pick up your order within the time window provided. We cannot hold perishable products indefinitely.

3. Online Sales (Future)
While we don’t currently ship products from our website, we’re working on making some of our shelf-stable items (like jerky, beef sticks, and bone broth powder) available for shipping in the future. Stay tuned!

4. Cancellations
We get it—plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can typically be canceled up until the day of fulfillment. Once your order has been prepared for pickup, cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Returns & Refunds
We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your order, reach out—we want the opportunity to make it right.
Refunds and replacements are handled case by case, and we’re usually happy to issue a refund, store credit, or replacement within 3 days of pickup.
That said, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable food products, including meat. If something seems off, please don’t bring it back into the store—just contact us directly. We may ask for a photo or details to help us understand the issue.
This policy helps us maintain the highest quality standards while also protecting our staff and other customers.

We respect your privacy. We use tools like Google Analytics and Wix Analytics to better understand how people use our website, but we never sell or share your personal information.
You can sign up for our email list if you’d like updates or deals—we won’t spam you. And we’re working on a newsletter… someday.
