In 2011, I found myself frustrated with how complicated it was to get quality meat without buying way more than you can handle. Half a steer meant a freezer the size of your kid’s playhouse, and honestly, a lot of guesswork. I wanted to bring that rancher’s-quality meat straight to your table, but in a way that made sense for everyday people. So, I decided to open the shop I always wished was around.
Now, fourteen years later, I’ve had the joy of seeing Ventura’s kids grow up—from kindergartners to college grads, all fueled by the steaks, sausages, and bone broths we proudly craft. At Ventura Meat Co, we’re honored to be the “meat behind your memories.”
